RINGS

We accept exchanges and returns for 14 days following the delivery of your Knockout lucite or silver ring. Gold rings are custom made and therefore are non-refundable.

Jewelry must be in original condition with no visible signs of wear and should be returned in the package in which it arrived.

To request an exchange/return, please email hello@knockout.nyc with the reason for your return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return / exchange the piece. We recommend ordering a ring sizer if you are unsure of your size before ordering.

If an item is received damaged, please email us upon receipt with a description and photos.
