RINGS

We accept exchanges and returns for 14 days following the delivery of your Knockout lucite or silver ring. 

Jewelry must be in original condition with no visible signs of wear and should be returned in the package in which it arrived.

To request an exchange/return, please email alex@shopknockout.co with the reason for your return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return / exchange the piece. We recommend ordering a ring sizer if you are unsure of your size before ordering (especially for lucite rings, which fit a half size small and usually are worn on the middle finger).

If an item is received damaged, please email us upon receipt with a description and photos.

Pepper spray is final sale unless it arrives damaged.
